| Abstrak | Guru merupakan seseorang yang diberikan tugas untuk mendidik, mengajar, mengarahkan serta mengevaluasi siswanya agar menjadi seseorang dengan daya saing tinggi. Untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan pendidikan nasional tersebut maka pemerintah membutuhkan guru yang professional dan berkinerja baik. Salah satu program pemerintah dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah dengan melalui sertifikasi. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesamaan kinerja antara guru sertifikasi dan guru non-sertifikasi di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak Program Sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif asosiatif, kuantitatif komparatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 158 responden, yaitu 78 responden guru sertifikasi dan 78 responden guru nonsertifikasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah distribusi frekuensi, korelasi Pearson Product Moment, Regresi Linier Ganda, dan Uji T-Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat dampak antara Program Sertifikasi terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP di Kecamatan Purwokerto Timur Kabupaten Banyumas. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji T-Test dengan nilai asymp. sig. (Asymptotic significance) sebesar 0.000 atau probabilitasnya di bawah 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Sehingga dapat dikatakan hasil perhitungan T-Test adalah signifikan. Berdasarkan teknik analisis Korelasi Pearson Product Moment, nilai penelitian pertama adalah sebesar 0.430. Sedangkan nilai Korelasi Pearson Product Moment saat penelitian kedua adalah sebesar 0.599. Nilai Regresi Linier Ganda penelitian pertama adalah sebesar 0.185 atau 18.5%. Sedangkan nilai Regresi Linier Ganda saat penelitian kedua adalah sebesar 0.359 atau 35.9%. Selanjutnya untuk analisis uji T (uji beda) antara Kinerja Guru SMP Sertifikasi (Y Kelompok Program) dan Kinerja Guru SMP Non-Sertifikasi (Y Kelompok Kontrol), nilai mean pada T-Test pertama yang dilakukan adalah sebesar 71.19 untuk Guru SMP Sertifikasi dan 83.50 untuk guru Non-Sertifikasi. Sedangkan nilai mean pada T-Test saat penelitian kedua adalah sebesar 80.92 untuk Guru SMP Sertifikasi dan 73.80 untuk guru Non-Sertifikasi. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | A teacher is someone who is given the task of educating, teaching, directing and teaching students to become someone with high competitiveness. To be able to realize the goals of national education, the government needs teachers who are professional and have good performance. One of the government programs in order to improve teacher performance is through certification. The problem in this study is motivated by the similarity in performance between certified teachers and non-certified teachers in East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the Certification Program on the performance of junior high school teachers in East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is quantitative associative, quantitative comparative. The sample in this study were 158 respondents, namely 78 certification teacher respondents and 78 non-certified teacher respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The analysis method used is the frequency distribution,correlation Pearson Product Moment, Multiple Linear Regression, and the T-Test. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there is an impact between the Certification Program on the Performance of Junior High School Teachers in East Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the T-Test with thevalue asymp. sig. (Asymptotic significance) of 0.000 or the probability is below 0.05 (0.000 <0.05). So it can be said that the results of the T-Test calculation are significant. Based on the Correlation analysis technique Pearson Product Moment, the value of the first study is 0.430. While the value of theCorrelation Pearson Product Moment in the second study was 0.599. The value of Multiple Linear Regression in the first study was 0.185 or 18.5%. Meanwhile, the value of multiple linear regression in the second study was 0.359 or 35.9%. Furthermore, for the analysis of the T test (difference test) between Certification Junior High School Teacher Performance (Y Program Group) and Non-Certified Junior High School Teacher Performance (Y Control Group), thevalue mean on the first T-Test conducted was 71.19 for Certified Junior High School Teachers and 83.50 for Non-Certified teachers. Meanwhile, thevalue mean on the T-Test during the second study was 80.92 for Certified Junior High School Teachers and 73.80 for Non-Certified Teachers. |
