| Abstrak | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian valuasi ekonomi pada Sungai Pelus yang merupakan anak pertama dari Sungai Pelus di Kecamatan Sokaraja. Penelitian ini mengambil judul “VALUASI EKONOMI : AIR, SEKTOR PERTANIAN TANAMAN PADI DI KECAMATAN SOKARAJA”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya nilai ekonomi air Sungai Pelus yang digunakan pada sektor pertanian tanaman padi di Kecamatan Sokaraja.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode valuasi ekonomi atas dasar penggunaan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah lahan pertanian tanaman padi di desa-desa yang terlewati oleh Sungai Pelus di Kecamatan Sokaraja dimana terdapat lima narasumber yaitu ketua kelompok tani di masing-masing desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan metode valuasi ekonomi atas dasar penggunaan diperoleh bahwa : 1) Besarnya nilai air Sungai Pelus yang digunakan oleh sektor pertanian tanaman padi di seluruh desa yang terlewati oleh Sungai Pelus di Kecamatan Sokaraja sama dengan nilai keuntungan yang muncul dari adanya kegiatan sektor pertanian tanaman padi tersebut, yaitu sebesar Rp4.734.817.050,00. 2) Selama ini para petani padi yang berada di desa-desa yang terlewati oleh Sungai Pelus di Kecamatan Sokaraja yang menggunakan air Sungai Pelus, belum pernah memasukan air Sungai Pelus yang digunakan kedalam komponen biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi padi. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This research is an economic valuation study of the Pelus River, which is the first child of the Pelus River in Sokaraja District. This study takes the title "ECONOMIC VALUATION: WATER, RICE AGRICULTURE SECTOR IN SOKARAJA SUB-DISTRICT". This study aims to determine the economic value of Pelus River water used in the rice farming sector in Sokaraja District. The method used in this study is an economic valuation method on the basis of use. The population in this study is rice farming land in villages passed by the Pelus River in Sokaraja Subdistrict where there were five sources, namely the head of farmer groups in each village. Based on the results of research and data analysis using the economic valuation method on the basis of use, it is found that: 1) The value of the Pelus River water used by the rice agricultural sector in all villages that the Pelus River passes in Sokaraja District is the same as the profit value that arises from its existence. the activity of the rice crop agricultural sector, which is IDR 4,734,817,050.00. 2) So far, rice farmers in villages that are passed by the Pelus River in Sokaraja District that use Pelus River water have never included Pelus River water used in the cost component incurred to produce rice. |
