AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap turnover intention dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian teknik PT. Inti Karya Persada Tehnik sebanyak 484 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik convenience sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 147 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan kuesioner dengan data bersumber dari data primer. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention. Komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional pada intensi turnover. Komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap intensi turnover.
Abstrak (Inggris)This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on turnover intention with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. This type of research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all employees of the engineering division of PT. Inti Karya Persada Tehnik as many as 484 people. The sampling method used convenience sampling techniques in order to obtain a sample of 147 people. The data collection method in this study is to use a questionnaire with data sourced from primary data. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Transformational leadership has a negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational culture has a negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment mediates the effect of transformational leadership on turnover intention. Organizational commitment mediates the influence of organizational culture on turnover intention.
