| Abstrak | Indonesia merupakan negara agraris. Hal ini di dukung dengan luasnya lahan pertanian di Indonesia. Pangan merupakan komoditas yang penting dan strategis, karena merupakan kebutuhan pokok manusia yang hakiki yang setiap saat harus dapat dipenuhi. Beras adalah salah satu komoditas penting bagi Indonesia. Hal ini mengingat hampir seluruh masyarakat Indonesia mengkonsumsi beras sebagai makanan pokoknya Namun hasil produksi beras selama ini belum cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan nasional, hal ini yang menyebabkan pemerintah menetapkan kebijakan impor beras. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis pengaruh variabel produksi, konsumsi, harga beras lokal, dan harga beras impor terhadap variabel impor beras di Indonesia, dan 2) Menganalisis trend impor beras di Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis trend. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa produksi padi, konsumsi beras, harga beras lokal dan harga beras internasional berpengaruh terhadap impor beras nasional. 2) Trend impor beras Indonesia menuju ketahanan pangan Indonesia berkelanjutan menuju 2024 masih positif. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Indonesia is an agricultural country. This is supported by the extent of agricultural land in Indonesia. Food is an important and strategic commodity, because it is a basic human need which must be fulfilled at any time. Rice is one of the important commodities for Indonesia. This is because almost all Indonesian people consume rice as their staple food. However, the results of rice production so far have not been sufficient to meet national food needs, this has led the government to establish a rice import policy. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the influence of production, consumption, local rice prices and the rupiah exchange rate on rice import variables in Indonesia, and 2) To analyze the trend of rice imports in Indonesia. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis and trend analysis. The results showed that: 1) The results showed that rice production, rice consumption, local rice prices and imports rice prices an effect on national rice imports. 2) The trend of Indonesian rice imports towards sustainable Indonesian food security towards 2025 is still positive. |
