| Abstrak | Kampung KB Cikuya Berseri merupakan Kampung KB yang memenangkan lomba tingkat Jawa Tengah, sehingga menjadi Kampung KB percontohan di seluruh wilayah Jawa Tengah tingkat desa. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi dari aspek Komunikasi, Sumberdaya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi. Metode penelitiannya adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pemilihan informannya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek komunikasi, mereka telah mempunyai sasaran dan metode komunikasi yang jelas yakni melalui dialog antara masyarakat dengan pengurus Kampung KB yang dilaksanakan rutin selama tiga bulan sekali untuk membahas perkembangan program Kampung KB. Pada aspek Sumberdaya, mereka memiliki pengurus yang berkompeten sesuai bidang tugasnya. Mereka juga mempunyai keuangan organisasi, kewenangan, dan peralatan yang mencukupi. Pada aspek disposisi, para pengurus memiliki dedikasi yang tinggi untuk membangun desa. Pada aspek struktur birokrasi, organisasi ini memiliki struktur birokrasinya yang landai/flat di mana hanya ada dua jenjang organisasi yakni Pimpinan dan Ketua Bidang, sehingga mempercepat proses pelaksanaan tugas dari para pengurus. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Kampung KB Cikuya Berseri is the Kampung KB that won the competition at the Central Java level, so that it has become a role model of Kampung KB in all areas of Central Java at the village level. For this reason, this study aims to look at the factors that influence the implementation of the aspects of Communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Selection of informants using purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using interactive analysis methods. The results showed that in the communication aspect, they already had clear communication goals and methods, namely through dialogue between the community and the Kampung KB management which was carried out routinely every three months to discuss the development of the Kampung KB program. In the resource aspect, they have managers who are competent according to their respective fields of work. They also have sufficient organizational finances, authority and equipment. In the disposition aspect, the administrators have a high dedication to building the village. In the aspect of bureaucratic structure, this organization has a flat bureaucratic structure where there are only two organizational levels, namely the Head and Head of the Division, thus accelerating the process of carrying out the duties of the management. |
