| Abstrak | Hasil produksi caisim (Brassica juncea L.) masih mengalami fluktuasi, hal ini perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi caisim, salah satunya dengan pemupukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh pemberian konsentrasi POC limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, (2) Pengaruh frekuensi penyemprotan POC limbah cair tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim, (3) Konsentrasi dan frekuensi yang memiliki pengaruh terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Penelitian berupa percobaan pot factorial 4x3 dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi POC limbah cair tahu yaitu tanpa POC, 25%, 50%, dan 75%. Faktor kedua adalah frekuensi pemberian POC limbah cair tahu yaitu 2, 4, dan 6 hari sekali. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji F (ANOVA) dan uji Duncans Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konsentrasi POC limbah cair tahu dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim dengan konsentrasi terbaik adalah 25%. Frekuensi pemberian POC limbah tahu tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman caisim. Pemanfaatan POC limbah cair tahu konsentrasi terbaik dengan perlakuan 25% dan pemberian 6 hari sekali memberikan pertumbuhan dan hasil caisim terbaik. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The production of caisim (Brassica juncea L.) is still fluctuating, this requires efforts to increase caisim production, one of which is fertilization. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of giving tofu liquid waste LOF concentration on the growth and yield of caisim plants, (2) The effect of the LOF frequency of tofu liquid waste spraying on the growth and yield of caisim plants, (3) The concentration and frequency that have the best effect on the growth and yield of caisim plants. The research was a 4x3 factorial pot experiment using a randomized block design (RBD) which was repeated 3 times. The first factor is the LOF concentration of tofu liquid waste, namely without adducting LOF, 25%, 50% and 75%. The second factor is the LOF frequency of giving tofu liquid waste for every 2, 4, and 6 days. Data were analyzed using the F test (ANOVA) and the Duncans Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at an error level of 5%. The results showed that the LOF concentration of tofu liquid waste could increase the growth and yield of caisim plants with the best concentration is 25%. The LOF frequency of giving tofu waste had no effect on the growth and yield of caisim plants. Utilization of LOF tofu liquid waste know the best concentration by treatment 25% and every 6 days giving best growth and yield of caisim plants. |
