| Abstrak | Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Baturraden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis (1) pengaruh karakter generasi Z terhadap motivasi belajar (2) pengaruh peran guru dalam pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar (3) pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar (4) pengaruh karakter generasi Z terhadap motivasi belajar dimoderasi oleh lingkungan sekolah (5) pengaruh peran guru dalam pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar dimoderasi oleh lingkungan sekolah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPS sebanyak 170 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini menggunakan probability sampling dan menghasilkan 120 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, regresi moderasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25 menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Karakter generasi Z berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar (2) Peran guru dalam pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar (3) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar (4) Lingkungan sekolah tidak memoderasi pengaruh karakter generasi Z terhadap motivasi belajar (5) Lingkungan sekolah tidak memoderasi pengaruh peran guru dalam pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 78,2% motivasi belajar dapat dijelaskan oleh karakter generasi Z, peran guru dalam pembelajaran dan lingkungan sekolah. Sedangkan sisanya 21,8% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel diluar model penelitian ini. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach to the XI IPS class students of SMA Negeri 1 Baturraden. This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of generation Z characters on learning motivation (2) the influence of the teacher's role in learning on learning motivation (3) the influence of the school environment on learning motivation (4) the influence of the Z Character generation on learning motivation moderated by the school environment (5) the influence of the teacher's role in learning with learning motivation moderated by the school environment. The population in this study were 170 students of class XI IPS. This sampling technique uses probability sampling and produces 120 samples. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, moderated regression, F test and t test. The results of research and data analysis using SPSS 25 shows that: (1) The Z-influencing character has a positive effect on learning motivation (2) The role of teachers in learning has a positive effect on learning motivation (3) The school environment has a positive effect on learning motivation (4) The school environment does not moderate the influence of the character creating Z on learning motivation (5) The school environment does not moderate the influence of teachers in learning on learning motivation. This shows that 78.2% of the motivation to learn by character creates Z, the role of the teacher in learning and the school environment. While the remaining 21.8%, that the variables outside this research model. |
