| Abstrak | Desa Depok merupakan satu-satunya sentra produksi melati di Kecamatan Kandeman. Bunga melati yang dibudidayakan yaitu jenis Jasminum sambac L (melati putih). Tujuan penelitian yaitu (1) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan, bibit, tenaga kerja, pupuk urea, pupuk NPK, pestisida terhadap hasil produksi usahatani melati di Desa Depok Kecamatan Kandeman Kabupaten Batang; (2) mengetahui efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani melati di Desa Depok Kecamatan Kandeman Kabupaten Batang; (3) mengetahui biaya usahatani melati di Desa Depok Kecamatan Kandeman Kabupaten Batang; (4) mengetahui pendapatan bersih usahatani melati di Desa Depok Kecamatan Kandeman, Kabupaten Batang. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi fungsi produksi cobb-douglass, analisis regresi berganda, analisis biaya usahatani, analisis pendapatan usahatani, dan analisis efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu faktor-faktor produksi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap hasil produksi melati yaitu luas lahan, bibit, dan pestisida. Biaya usahatani melati pada lahan seluas 1.550 m2 yaitu Rp18.183.700. Kerugian usahatani melati pada lahan seluas 1.550 m2 yaitu Rp6.356.500. Penggunaan faktor produksi usahatani melati belum efisien. Penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan, bibit, pupuk urea, pupuk NPK perlu dikurangi, sedangkan penggunaan faktor produksi pestisida perlu ditambah. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Depok Village is the only center of jasmine production in Kandeman. The purpose of this research is (1) knowing the effect of the use of land area production factors, seedlings, labor, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, pesticides on the production of jasmine farming in Depok Village, Kandeman District, Batang Regency; (2) knowing the efficient use of production factors in jasmine farming in Depok Village, Kandeman District, Batang Regency; (3) knowing the cost of jasmine farming in Depok Village, Kandeman District, Batang Regency; (4) knowing the net income of jasmine farming in Depok Village, Kandeman District, Batang Regency. Analysis used in this study are cobb douglass production function, multiple regression analysis, farm cost analysis, farm income analysis, and efficiency analysis of the use of production factors. Result of the study show factors that significantly affect jasmine production such as large of the area, seeds, and pesticides. Cost of farming for jasmine on 1552 m2 area is Rp18,183,700. Loss of farming for jasmine on 1552 m2 area is Rp6.356.500. The use of production factors for jasmine is not efficient. The use of jasmine field area, seeds, fertilizer such as urea and NPK should be reduced, while the use of pesticides should be increased. |
