| Abstrak | Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasi pada persediaan bahan baku pada Almuna Bakery. Judul yang diambil peneliti adalah: “Analisis Persediaan Bahan Baku Tepung Terigu dengan Metode EOQ pada Almuna Bakery Purwokerto”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi bahan baku Almuna Bakery serta melakukan simulasi model EOQ untuk menilai apakah sistem persediaan bahan baku yang saat ini diterapkan sudah optimal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua bahan baku yang digunakan pada Almuna Bakery. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk pengeluaran biaya bahan baku senyatanya yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan pada tahun 2020 adalah sebesar Rp.2.518.509,- sedangkan menurut metode EOQ total pengeluaran biaya bahan baku adalah sebesar Rp 1.815.051,- . Sehingga ketika menggunakan metode EOQ maka akan terdapat efisiensi biaya sebesar Rp 703.458,-. Dengan adanya kondisi perusahaan yang seperti itu maka metode EOQ harus diterapkan, terbukti dengan adanya EOQ dapat memangkas biaya sehingga lebih efisien sebesar 27,9%. Biaya yang dikeluarkan perusahaan ketika menggunakan metode EOQ jauh lebih sedikit di banding yang dikeluarkan oleh Almuna Bakery. Akan terjadi efisiensi biaya persediaan bahan baku jika Almuna Bakery menggunakan metode EOQ. Perusahaan sangat disarankan untuk menggunakan metode EOQ karena dapat meminimumkan biaya pengeluaran bahan bakunya dimana biaya bahan baku ini tidak lah bisa dikelola hanya menggunakan Perkiraan saja. Dengan adanya metode ini, akan sangat membantu perusahaan untuk waktu kedepannya karena perusahaan akan maju dan mulai bersaing ke pasar global. Selain itu perusahaan harusnya memiliki persediaan pengaman (safety stock) agar tidak terjadi kehabisan persediaan dan perusahaan sebaiknya menentukan akan melakukan pembelian bahan baku pada suatu waktu, tidak sembarang waktu, yaitu dengan menentukan titik Reorder Point. Dengan diterapkannya metode EOQ, diharapkan Almuna Bakery bisa melakukan penghematan biaya bahan baku. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This research is an observational study on the supply of raw materials at Almuna Bakery. The title taken by the researcher is: " Analysis of Wheat Flour Raw Material Inventory with EOQ Method at Almuna Bakery Purwokerto ". This study aims to determine the condition of raw materials at Almuna Bakery as well as to simulate the EOQ model to assess whether the raw material inventory system currently implemented is optimal. The population in this study are all raw materials used at Almuna Bakery. Based on the results of researc , the actual raw material costs incurred by the company in 2020 were of Rp 2.518.509, - whereas according to the EOQ method the total cost of raw materials is Rp 1.815.051,-. So when using the EOQ method, there will be a cost efficiency of Rp 703.458,-. With such company conditions, the EOQ method must be applied, as evidenced by the presence of EOQ can cut costs so that it is more efficient by 27.9%. The costs incurred by the company when using the EOQ method are much less than those incurred by Almuna Bakery. There will be cost efficiency of raw material supply if Almuna Bakery uses EOQ method. The company is strongly advised to use the EOQ method because it can minimize the cost of raw material expenditure where the cost of raw materials can not be managed using only Estimates only. With this method, it will be very helpful for the company for the future because the company will advance and start competing to the global market. In addition, the company should have safety stock so that there is no running out of inventory and the company should determine whether to make a purchase of raw materials at a time, not just any time, namely by determining the reorder point. With the implementation of EOQ method, Almuna Bakery is expected to save the cost of raw materials. |
