| Judul Artikel | Analisis Seismisitas dan Kerapuhan Batuan Zona Subduksi di wilayah Pulau Jawa dan Sekitarnya Berdasarkan Nilai Konstanta Guttenberg-Richter |
| Abstrak | Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menentukan parameter seismik dan tektonik Pulau Jawa dan Sekitarnya berdasarkan konstanta Guttenberg-Richter. Selain itu juga menentukan nilai indeks seismisitas, periode ulang, probabilitas gempabumi, dan aktivitas seismik wilayah tersebut. Hasil data gempabumi yang diperoleh akan dipetakan untuk mengetahui persebaran gempabumi di wilayah tersebut. Parameter-parameter tersebut dihitung menggunakan metode Least Square. Data yang digunakan merupakan data gempabumi wilayah Pulau Jawa dan Sekitarnya tahun 1919-2019, dengan magnitudo โฅ 4.0 ๐๐ dan kedalaman โค 700 km. Data gempabumi tersebut didapatkan dari situs resmi IRIS dan USGS. Daerah penelitian dibatasi oleh koordinat 5ยฐ20สน-11ยฐ20สน LS dan 105ยฐ50สน-114ยฐ60สน BT, yang kemudian dilakukan pembagian wilayah menjadi 8 bagian agar diperoleh hasil yang lebih akurat. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, wilayah Pulau Jawa dan Sekitarnya termasuk wilayah yang beraktivitas seismik rendah. Sebaran nilai ๐ pada 8 wilayah bagian menunjukkan nilai 0,14-6,04, sedangkan nilai ๐ berkisar 0,11-0,79. Gempabumi terbesar yang terjadi pada wilayah tersebut yaitu gempabumi bermagnitudo 7,5๐๐ yang terjadi pada wilayah Banten dan Sekitarnya, serta Blitar dan Sekitarnya. Indeks seismisitas untuk gempabumi tersebut adalah 0,02, sedangkan periode ulang gempabumi tersebut mencapai sekitar 50 tahun. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The purpose of this study is to determine seismic and tectonic parameters of the island of Java and its Surroundings based on the Guttenberg-Richter constant. In addition, it can also determine the value of the seismicity index, the recurrence interval, the probability of an earthquake, and the seismic activity of the area. The results of the earthquake data obtained will be mapped to determine the distribution of earthquakes in the area. These parameters are calculated using the least square method. The data used is earthquake data in the Java and Surrounding areas from 1919-2019, with a magnitude 4.0 ๐๐ and a depth of 700 km. The earthquake data was obtained from the official websites of IRIS and USGS. The research area is limited by coordinates 5ยฐ20สน-11ยฐ20สน South Latitude and 105ยฐ50สน-114ยฐ60สน East Longitude, which is then divided into 8 parts in order to obtain more accurate results. Based on the results of this study, the Island of Java and its Surroundings is an area with low seismic activity. The results of the distribution of the ๐ value in the 8 sub-regions show ๐ value of 0.14-6.04, while the b value obtained is in the range of 0.11-0.79. The largest earthquake that occured in the area was an earthquake with a magnitude of 7,5 ๐๐ which occurred in the Banten and Surrounding areas, as well as Blitar and its Surroundings.
