| Abstrak | Pada tahun 2010 angka kematian bayi di Kecamatan Kutoarjo mencapai 11 kejadian kematian bayi. Angka tersebut merupakan yang tertinggi diantara kecamatan-kecamatan di Kabupaten Purworejo. Sedangkan kinerja tenaga kesehatan dalam penanganan kematian bayi di Kabupaten Purworejo masih di bawah target Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) 2010, seperti cakupan bayi resiko tinggi tertangani hanya tercapai 47,38% dari target SPM sebesar 80%, kemampuan dengan sarana pelayanan kesehatan gawat darurat yang dapat diakses hanya tercapai 41,67% dari target SPM sebesar 80%, serta cakupan ibu hamil yang mendapat Fe 90 hanya tercapai 88,71% dari target SPM sebesar 90%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor kemampuan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan pada penanganan kematian bayi di Puskesmas-Puskesmas Kecamatan Kutoarjo Kabupaten Purworejo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei, dengan jumlah sampel 54 orang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : kemampuan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan, motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan, serta kemampuan dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | In 2010 the infant mortality rate in the District Kutoarjo incidence of infant mortality reaches 11. The figure is the highest among the districts in Purworejo. While the performance of health personnel in the handling of infant mortality in Purworejo still below the target of Minimum Service Standards (MSS) 2010, such as coverage of high risk infants handled only achieved 47.38% of the target by 80% MSS, with the ability of emergency health care facilities that can be accessed only achieved 41.67% of the target by 80% MSS, as well as coverage of pregnant women who received Fe 90 only reached 88.71% of the target by 90% MSS.
