Judul ArtikelKAJIAN KORELASI BEBERAPA SIFAT KIMIA TANAH SAWAH TERHADAP UNSUR HARA N DAN P SERTA HASIL PADI DI WILAYAH DAS SERAYU HILIR KECAMATAN ADIPALA, KABUPATEN CILACAP
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) korelasi antara beberapa sifat kimia tanah (pH, DHL dan Potensial Redoks) terhadap ketersediaan unsur hara N dan P tanah sawah di wilayah Sub DAS Serayu Hilir Kecamatan Adipala, Kabupaten Cilacap, (2) hubungan antara ketersediaan unsur hara N dan P tanah sawah dengan hasil tanaman padi di wilayah Sub DAS Serayu Hilir Kecamatan Adipala, Kabupaten Cilacap, dan (3) rekomendasi pemupukan pupuk N dan P untuk pertanaman di wilayah Sub DAS Serayu Hilir Kecamatan Adipala, Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2020 sampai Maret 2021 di Kecamatan Adipala, Kabupaten Cilacap dan Laboratorium Tanah dan Sumberdaya Lahan, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode penelitian dilakukan penentuan titik sampel sebanyak 11 titik dengan pembuatan peta SLH (Satuan Lahan Homogen) berskala 1:50.000 dengan cara overlay Peta Administrasi, Peta Jenis Tanah, Peta Kelerengan, dan Peta Penggunaan Lahan. Pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan secara komposit di setiap lokasi pengamatan. Pengambilan sampel tanah dilakukan pada masa vegetatif yaitu pada umur 45-50 hari. Variabel utama penelitian yaitu pH H 2 O, pH KCl, DHL, potensial redoks, N-total, P- tersedia serta hasil tanaman padi. Variabel pendukung penelitian terdiri dari keadaan iklim, kapasitas lapang dan titik layu permanen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kandungan N-total dan P-tersedia tanah memiliki harkat sangat tinggi. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan bahwa beberapa sifat kimia tanah memiliki korelasi yang sangat rendah hingga rendah terhadap ketersediaan unsur hara N dan P. Varietas tanaman padi di Kecamatan Adipala yaitu Logawa, Situ Bagendit, Inpari 42, Ciherang, TW, dan IR-64. Rekomendasi pemupukan N tidak diperlukan pada musim tanam berikutnya karena kandungan unsur hara N sudah sangat tinggi. Rekomendasi pemupukkan P hanya terdapat pada SLH 1 di titik 3 yaitu 21,6 kg P 2 O 5 /ha atau setara dengan 59,9 kg SP-36/ha.
Abstrak (Inggris)The research aims of this study were to: (1) determined the correlation between some chemical charactets of the soil (pH, DHL and Redox Potential) on the availability of N and P nutrients in paddy fields in Serayu Watershed Downstream, Adipala District, Cilacap Regency, (2) determined the relationship between the availability of nutrients N and P in with lowland rice yields in Serayu Watershed Downstream, Adipala District, Cilacap Regency, and 3) knew the recommendation for N and P fertilization for paddy fields in Serayu Watershed Downstream, Adipala District, Cilacap Regency. The study was conducted in December 2021 to March 2021 in Adipala District, Cilacap Regency and the Land and Land Resources Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. The study method was conducted by determining 11 sample points by the making of SLH (Homogeneous Land Unit) map with a scale of 1:50.000 by overlaying the Adipala Disctrict Administration Map, the Soil Type Map, the Slope Map, and the Land Use Map. Soil sampling was carried out in a composite manner at each observation location. Soil sampling was carried out during the vegetative period at the age of 45-50 days. The main research variables were pH H2O, pH KCl, DHL, redox potential, soil total N, available P, and rice yields. The addition variables is climatic conditions, field capacity and permanent withered point. The results showed that the available of nitrogen nutrients and P-available soil had a very high value in Adipala District. The correlation results show that some soil chemical characters have a very low to low correlation with the availability of N and P nutrients. Rice varieties in Adipala District are Logawa, Situ Bagendit, Inpari 42, Ciherang, TW, and IR-64. The climatic conditions in Adipala District are suitable for rice cultivation. Recommendations for N fertilization are not needed in the next growing season because the N nutrient status is already very high. Recommendations for P fertilization only at SLH 1 at point 3 with soil types associated with humus and gray alluvial there are recommendations for fertilization of 21,6 kg P 2 O 5 /ha or equivalent to 59,9 kg SP-36/ha
