Judul ArtikelAplikasi Agens Hayati Untuk Pengendalian Hama Tanaman Cabai Merah (Capsicum annum L)
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh aplikasi agens hayati terhadap populasi dan intensitas serangan hama cabai merah 2) pengaruh aplikasi agens hayati terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil cabai merah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Experimental Farm Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini dimulai bulan September 2020 hingga bulan Januari 2021. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok, dengan 6 perlakuan dan jumlah ulangan 4 kali, dan setiap unit terdiri atas 3 tanaman sehingga terdapat 72 unit tanaman percobaan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi kontrol, Trichoderma sp lahan marginal, Beauveria bassiana, Bacillus sp rizosfer albazia, formula cair Pseudomonas fluorences 60, dan insektisida kloropirifos 400 g/l. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini meliputi jenis hama, populasi hama, intensitas serangan hama, tinggi tanaman, dan kehilangan hasil. Data dianalisis dengan uji F pada taraf kesalahan 5%, apabila nyata, dilanjutkan dengan uji lanjut Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan agens hayati tidak berpengaruh terhadap besarnya populasi dan intensitas serangan ulat grayak (Spodoptera litura), kutu putih (Bemisia tabaci), kutu daun (Aphis gosypii), belalang (Valanga nigricornis), thrips (Thrips sp), dan lalat buah (Bactrosera dorsalis), dan aplikasi agens hayati berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman dan kehilangan hasil dengan nilai terbaik masing-masing K4 (formula BioP-60) 87,90 dan K2 (Beauveria bassiana) 7,97.
Abstrak (Inggris)This study aims to determine 1) the effect of giving biological agents on the population and intensity of pest attacks on red chili plants, 2) the effect of giving biological agents on the yield of red chili plants. The research was conducted at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Sudirman University, Karangwangkal, North Purwokerto. This research started in October 2020 until January 2021. The experimental design used was a Randomized Block Design, with 6 treatments and 4 replications, and each unit consisted of 3 plants so that there were 72 experimental plant units. The treatments tried included control, Trichoderma sp marginal land, Beauveria bassiana, Bacillus sp rhizosphere albazia, liquid formula Pseudomonas fluorences 60, and the insecticide chloropyrifos 400 g/l. The variables observed in this study included the type of pest, pest population, intensity of pest attack, plant height, and yield loss. Data were analyzed by F test at an error level of 5%, if real, continued with Duncan's Multiple Range Test further test. The results showed that the treatment of biological agents had no significant on the population and intensity of attack by armyworms (Spodoptera litura), mealybugs (Bemisia tabaci), aphids (Aphis gosypii), grasshoppers (Valanga nigricornis), thrips (Thrips sp), and flies. fruit (Bactrosera dorsalis), and application of biological agents significantly affected plant height and yield loss with the best values of K4 (BioP-60 formula) 87.90 and K2 (Beauveria bassiana) 7.97.
