AbstrakGulma bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides) merupakan salah satu kendala dalam budidaya tanaman karena menimbulkan kerugian. Penggunaan jamur patogen merupakan alternatif pengendalian yang ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dosis yang tepat dan efektivitas campuran jamur patogen gulma. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial yaitu jamur patogen gulma dan dosis. Pengujian dengan 3 jamur yaitu Fusarium sp., Chaetomium sp., dan Curvularia sp. (tunggal, gabungan dua, dan gabungan tiga) dengan konsentrasi 106 konidium/mL dan dosis 500, 750, dan 1000 L/ha. Variabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, AUDPC, tinggi gulma, bobot segar dan bobot kering gulma. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan dosis 750 L/Ha efektif mempercepat masa inkubasi 1,77% dan menekan tinggi gulma 11,4% dari dosis 500 L/Ha. Perlakuan dosis tidak mampu meningkatkan intensitas penyakit dan AUDPC, serta menekan bobot segar dan bobot kering gulma. Curvularia sp. mampu mempercepat masa inkubasi sebesar 76,5%; campuran Chaetomium sp. dan Curvularia sp. meningkatkan intensitas penyakit dan nilai AUDPC masing-masing sebesar 52,08 dan 65,92% serta Chaetomium sp. mampu menekan tinggi gulma 23,68% dibanding kontrol, namun perlakuan jamur patogen gulma tidak mampu menekan bobot segar dan bobot kering gulma. Perlakuan kombinasi antara jamur patogen dengan dosis tidak mampu mempercepat semua variabel yang diamati.
Abstrak (Inggris)Billygoat weed (Ageratum conyzoides) is one of the obstacles in plant cultivation because it causes losses. The use of patogenic fungi is an environmentally friendly alternative to control. This study aims to determine the appropriate dose and effectiveness of a mixture of weed patogenic fungi. The study used a factorial randomized block design, namely, weed patogenic fungi and doses. Testing with 3 fungi, namely Fusarium sp., Chaetomium sp., and Curvularia sp. (single, combined two, and combined three) with a concentration of 106 conidium/mL and doses of 500, 750, and 1000 L/ha. The variables observed were incubation period, disease intensity, AUDPC, weed height, fresh weight, and dry weight of weeds. The results showed that treatment at a dose of 750 L/Ha was effective in accelerating the incubation period by 1.77% and suppressing weed height by 11.4% from a dose of 500 L/Ha. The dose treatment was not able to increase disease intensity and AUDPC, as well as suppress fresh weight and dry weight of weeds. Curvularia sp. was able to accelerate the incubation period by 76.5%; a mixture of Chaetomium sp. and Curvularia sp. increased disease intensity and AUDPC values by 52.08 and 65.92%, respectively, and Chaetomium sp. was able to suppress weed height 23.68% compared to control, but the treatment of weed patogenic fungi was not able to suppress the fresh weight and dry weight of weeds. Combination treatment of patogenic fungi with dose was not able to accelerate all observed variables.
