AbstrakRumput teki merupakan jenis gulma tahunan yang banyak ditemukan di tanaman budidaya dan dapat dengan mudah menyesuaikan diri pada berbagai lingkungan dari yang kaya akan unsur hara sampai miskin unsur hara. Alternatif usaha pengendalian gulma rumput teki yaitu dengan menggunakan Agensia Pengendali Hayati seperti jamur patogen yang dinilai lebih aman. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebagai upaya untuk mengetahui pengaruh uji frekuensi serta efikasi dari ketiga jamur patogen Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., dan Chaetomium sp. dalam mengendalikan gulma rumput teki. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto pada bulan Agustus – Januari 2022. Rancangan percobaan yang dipakai adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan dua faktor utama yaitu jamur patogen yang terdiri atas kontrol, Chaetomium sp., Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp., Chaetomium sp. & Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., & Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., & Fusarium sp., Chaetomium sp., Curvularia sp., & Fusarium sp. serta frekuensi penyemprotan yang terdiri atas satu, tiga, dan lima kali penyemprotan, dengan 2 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, AUDPC, bobot segar umbi, bobot kering umbi, bobot segar tajuk, dan bobot kering tajuk. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan campuran jamur campuran jamur Chaetomium sp., & Fusarium sp. mampu mempercepat munculnya gejala awal pada teki 81%, meningkatkan intensitas penyakit 25,38%, meningkatkan AUDPC 78,13% dan menurunkan bobot kering umbi 31% dibanding dengan kontrol. Frekuensi aplikasi jamur patogen sebanyak tiga kali efektif untuk mengendalikan gulma rumput teki karena mampu meningkatkan intensitas penyakit 47%, meningkatkan AUDPC 39% dan menekan bobot kering pada umbi teki 19% dibanding dengan frekuensi satu kali penyemprotan.
Abstrak (Inggris)Nutgrass is an annual weed often found in cultivated plants can easily acclimatize to a variety of environments from nutrient-rich to nutrient-poor. An alternative for weed control is using a biological control agent which is considered safer, such as pathogenic fungi. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the frequency and efficacy tests of the three pathogenic fungi Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., and Chaetomium sp. in controlling weeds. The research was carried out at the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto from August – January 2022. The experimental design used was a Randomized Block Design with two main factors, namely fungal pathogens which consisted of 8 levels, namely control treatment, Chaetomium sp., Curvularia sp., Fusarium sp., Chaetomium sp. & Curvularia sp., Chaetomium sp., & Fusarium sp., Curvularia sp., & Fusarium sp., Chaetomium sp., Curvularia sp., & Fusarium sp. and the frequency of spraying which consists of 3 levels, namely 1, 3, and 5 spraying. Variables observed included incubation period, disease intensity, AUDPC, tuber fresh weight, tuber dry weight, crown fresh weight, and canopy dry weight. Research showed that the mixed fungal treatment of Chaetomium sp., & Fusarium sp. able to accelerate the emergence of early symptoms in nutgrass by 81%, increase disease intensity by 25.38%, increase AUDPC by 78.13% and reduce tuber dry weight by 31% compared to control. The frequency of application of pathogenic fungi was three times effective for controlling nutgrass because it was able to increase disease intensity by 47%, increase AUDPC by 39% and reduce dry weight of puck tubers by 19% compared to the frequency of one spraying. Thus, the frequency test can be recommended to be used as a reference when applied in the field.
