| Abstrak | Latar Belakang: Kanker payudara dapat dibedakan menjadi empat subtipe menurut ekspresi dari ER, PR, HER-2, dan Ki 67. Ekspresi tersebut dapat dilihat melalui pemeriksaan imunohistokimia. Keempat subtipe tersebut adalah luminal A (ER+, PR+, HER2-, Ki67 rendah), luminal B (ER+, PR+, HER2-, Ki67 tinggi), HER-2 enriched (ER-, PR-, HER2+), dan triple negative (ER-, PR-, HER2-). Setiap subtipe dari kanker payudara memiliki angka kelangsungan hidup yang berbeda-beda. Survival adalah istilah ilmiah yang menunjukkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup dari suatu populasi dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara subtipe kanker payudara dengan survival selama 3 tahun. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan kohort prospektif yang dilakukan pada pasien kanker payudara di RSUD Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 163 pasien kanker payudara yang didiagnosis pada tahun 2017-2019 yang diambil datanya melalui rekam medis. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Kaplan meier dan uji log rank. Hasil: Rata-rata kelangsungan hidup 3 tahun setiap subtipe adalah 56,4%. Kelangsungan hidup dengan persentase tertinggi dipegang oleh luminal A dengan 60%, diikuti oleh luminal B 59,7%, her-2 enriched 55%, dan triple negative 46,2%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara subtipe kanker payudara dengan survival tidak signifikan secara statistik (p = 0,391; p > 0,05). Kesimpulan: Tidak hubungan antara subtipe kanker payudara dengan survival di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Background: Breast cancer can be divided into four subtypes according to the expression of ER, PR, HER-2, and Ki 67. This expression can be seen through immunohistochemical examination. The four subtypes are luminal A (ER+, PR+, HER2-, low Ki67), luminal B (ER+, PR+, HER2-, high Ki67), HER-2 enriched (ER-, PR-, HER2+), and triple negative ( ER-, PR-, HER2-). Each subtype of breast cancer has a different survival rate. Survival is a scientific term that indicates the level of survival of a population within a certain period of time. This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between breast cancer subtypes and survival for 3 years. Methods: This study used an analytic observational method with a prospective cohort approach conducted on breast cancer patients at Prof Dr Margono Soekarjo Hospital. The subjects of this study were 163 breast cancer patients diagnosed in 2017-2019 whose data were collected from medical records. Data were analyzed using the Kaplan Meier test and the log rank test. Results: The mean 3-year survival for each subtype was 56.4%. Survival with the highest percentage was held by luminal A with 60%, followed by luminal B with 59.7%, her-2 enriched with 55%, and triple negative with 46.2%. Based on the results of data analysis showed that the relationship between breast cancer subtypes and survival was not statistically significant (p = 0.391; p > 0.05). Conclusion: There is no relationship between breast cancer subtypes and survival at Prof. Hospital. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. |
