| Abstrak | Industri minyak serai wangi yang berlokasi di Desa Kedungrandu, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah merupakan salah satu industri pemasok minyak atsiri yang merupakan perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Indonesia merupakan salah satu produsen utama minyak atsiri, seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, permintaan pasar akan minyak atsiri semakin meningkat namun belum sepenuhnya dapat dipasok oleh Indonesia. Sehingga perlunya pelaku usaha lain yang memulai usaha penyulingan serai wangi untuk mengoptimalkan pemenuhan kebutuhan minyak serai wangi yang meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan anilisis teknoekonomi industri penyulingan minyak serai wangi dengan btujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha pengembangan proyek industri penyulingan minyak serai wangi berdasarkan 1) aspek pemasaran 2) aspek teknis dan teknologis 3) aspek manajemen organisasi 4) aspek yuridis dan 5) aspek finansial. Penelitian telah dilakukan dari bulan November 2021 hingga Februari 2022 meliputi pengambilan data primer dan sekunder. Didapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut 1) aspek pasar dan pemasaran menunjukkan bahwa adanya peluang pasar bagi usaha penyulingan minyak serai wangi karena harga bahan baku yang relatif masih murah namun produk akhir yang dihasilkan yaitu minyak serai wangi memiliki peluang untuk dijual dengan harga tinggi, 2) aspek teknis dan teknologi menunjukkan bahwa setiap 1000 Kg daun serai wangi menghasilkan 19 Kg minyak atsiri, 3) aspek manajemen organisasi menunjukkan bahwa struktur organisasi berbentuk organisasi garis dengan spesifikasi jabatan yang jelas, serta manajemen penggajian yang sesuai dengan UMP Jawa Tengah mulai dari Rp 1.812.935 – Rp 2.700.000, 4) aspek yuridis menunjukkan bahwa industri layak untuk dijalankan dengan badan usaha berbentuk CV, 5) aspek finansial menunjukkan bahwa industri layak untuk dijalankan karena memiliki memiliki NPV sebesar 1,37 pada tahun 2019 dan 1,40 pada tahun 2020, Net B/C (PI) sebesar 0,37 pada tahun 2019 dan 0,40 pada tahun 2020, nilai BEP 1.446 Kg dan untuk BEP harga yaitu sebesar Rp 161.100 di tahun 2019, dan BEP tahun 2020 untuk jumlah yang harus dihasilkan sebanyak 2033 Kg dan untuk BEP harga yaitu sebesar Rp 220.937. Serta nilai PBP 0,59 pada tahun 2019 dan 0,54 pada tahun 2020. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The citronella oil industry located in Kedungrandu Village, Purwokerto, Central Java is one of the essential oil supply industries which is a company in the form of a Limited Liability Company (Ltd. Co.). Indonesia is one of the main producers of essential oils, over time, the market demand for essential oils is increasing but not yet fully supplied by Indonesia. So that the establishment of a citronella distillation business is needed to optimize the fulfillment of the increasing demand for citronella oil. In this study, a technoeconomic analysis of the citronella oil refining industry was conducted with the aim of determining the feasibility of developing a citronella oil refining industry project based on 1) marketing aspects, 2) technical and technological aspects, 3) organizational management aspects, 4) juridical aspects and 5) financial aspects. The research has been carried out from November 2021 to February 2022 covering primary and secondary data collection. The results of the research are as follows 1)market and marketing aspects indicate that there is a market opportunity for citronella oil refining business because the price of raw materials is still relatively cheap but the final product that is citronella oil has the opportunity to be sold at high prices, 2) technical and technological aspects show that every 1000 kg of citronella leaves produces 19 kg of essential oil, 3 ) the organizational management aspect shows that the organizational structure is in the form of a line organization with clear job specifications, as well as payroll management in accordance with the Central Java minimum wage starting from Rp. 1,812,935 – Rp. 2,700,000, 4) the juridical aspect shows that the industry is feasible to run with business in the form of CV, 5) the financial aspect shows that the industry is feasible to run because it has an NPV of 1.37 in 2019 and 1.40 in 2020, Net B/C (PI) of 0.37 in 2019 and 0 .40 in 2020, the BEP value is 1,446 Kg and for the BEP the price is Rp. 161,100 in 2019, and the BEP in 2020 is for the amount that must be earned. please as much as 2033 Kg and for BEP the price is Rp 220,937. As well as the PBP value of 0.59 in 2019 and 0.54 in 2020. |
