AbstrakPenelitian studi kasus yang berjudul “Hubungan Suhu dan Kelembaban Terhadap Bobot Badan dan Konsumsi Pakan Ayam Broiler Kandang Closed House di Wardandy Farm” telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 September 2021 – 30 Desember 2021 di Wardandy Farm, Desa Sidomulyo, Kecamatan Jakenan, Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan kelembaban kandang terhadap pertambahan bobot badan harian dan konsumsi pakan ayam broiler selama satu periode pemeliharaan. Penelitian studi kasus dilakukan dengan metode observasi, dengan sasaran pemilik peternakan dan anak buah kandang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara recording. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya di analisis dengan uji persamaan regresi linier sederhana menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian studi kasus yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa pada lantai atas didapatkan hasil pengaruh suhu terhadap PBBH sebesar 44,7%, pengaruh suhu terhadap konsumsi pakan sebesar 34,0%, pengaruh kelembaban terhadap PBBH sebesar 56,8%, dan pengaruh kelembaban terhadap konsumsi pakan sebesar 36,5%. Sedangkan pada lantai bawah didapatkan hasil pengaruh suhu terhadap PBBH sebesar 67,8%, pengaruh suhu terhadap konsumsi pakan sebesar 11,3%, pengaruh kelembaban terhadap PBBH sebesar 62,6%, dan pengaruh kelembaban terhadap konsumsi pakan sebesar 44,3%.
Abstrak (Inggris)Case study research entitled "Relationship of Temperature and Humidity to Body Weight and Feed Consumption of Broiler Chickens in Closed House Cages at Wardandy Farm" was carried out on September 14 2021 - December 30 2021 at Wardandy Farm, Sidomulyo Village, Jakenan District, Pati Regency, Java Middle. This case study research aims to determine the effect of temperature and humidity of the cage on daily body weight gain and feed consumption of broiler chickens during one rearing period. Case study research was carried out using the observation method, with the target being the owner of the farm and his crew. The data collection technique is by recording. The data collected was then analyzed by testing the simple linear regression equation using Microsoft Office Excel. Based on the results of the case study research conducted, it was shown that on the upper floors, the effect of temperature on PBBH was 44.7%, the effect of temperature on feed consumption was 34.0%, the effect of humidity on PBBH was 56.8%, and the effect of humidity on consumption feed by 36.5%. Meanwhile, on the lower floors, the effect of temperature on PBBH was 67.8%, the effect of temperature on feed consumption was 11.3%, the effect of humidity on PBBH was 62.6%, and the effect of humidity on feed consumption was 44.3%.
