Judul ArtikelAPLIKASI Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) PENAMBAT N SEBAGAI SUBSTITUSI PUPUK N PADA PRODUKSI TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa L.)
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan jenis bakteri, dosis pupuk N, dan interaksinya yang terbaik untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian dilaksanakan secara eksperimental di Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan RAKL terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu 3 taraf perlakuan PGPR berupa B0 (kontrol), B1 (Bacillus cereus), dan B2 (Bacillus paramycoides) serta 4 taraf dosis pupuk urea 0%, 25%, 50%, 100% berupa N0, N1, N2, dan N3, sehingga diperoleh 16 kombinasi perlakuan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi pH tanah, suhu, kelembaban, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar akar, bobot segar tajuk, bobot kering akar, bobot kering tajuk, panjang akar, klorofil, N total, dan serapan N. Data dianalisis ragam dan jika berbeda signifikan maka dilakukan uji lanjut DMRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi PGPR Bacillus cereus (B1) memberikan pengaruh terbaik karena dapat meningkatkan jumlah daun 14,69%, bobot akar segar 15,97%, bobot akar kering 12,5%, bobot tajuk kering 16,03%, dan N total 6,52% apabila dibandingkan dengan Bacillus paramycoides (B2). Aplikasi pupuk N anorganik 50% (N2) memberikan pengaruh terbaik apabila dibandingkan dengan dosis lainnya karena dapat meningkatkan bobot akar segar 44,39%, bobot akar kering 47,36%, bobot tajuk kering 43,41%, dan N total 6,52%,. Interaksi PGPR Bacillus cereus dan pemupukan N dosis 50% (B1N2) memberikan pengaruh terbaik apabila dibandingkan dengan interaksi lainnya karena dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman 30,11%, jumlah daun 45,45%, luas daun 49,95%, bobot akar segar 281,65%, bobot akar kering 164,28%, bobot tajuk kering 281,65%, N total 75%.
Abstrak (Inggris)This study aims to find the best types of bacteria, N fertilizer doses, and their interactions to increase the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. The research was carried out experimentally at the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. Research using RAKL consisted of 2 factors, namely 3 levels of PGPR treatment in the form of B0 (control), B1 (Bacillus cereus), and B2 (Bacillus paramycoides) and 4 levels of doses of urea fertilizer 0%, 25%, 50%, 100% in the form of N0 , N1, N2, and N3, so that 16 treatment combinations were obtained. The variables observed included soil pH, temperature, humidity, plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, root fresh weight, shoot fresh weight, root dry weight, shoot dry weight, root length, chlorophyll, total N, and N uptake. The data were analyzed variance and if it is significantly different then the DMRT follow-up test is carried out. The results showed that the application of PGPR Bacillus cereus (B1) gave the best effect because it increased the number of leaves 14.69%, fresh root weight 15.97%, dry root weight 12.5%, shoot dry weight 16.03%, and N a total of 6.52% when compared to (B2). Application of 50% inorganic N fertilizer Bacillus paramycoides (N2) has the best effect when compared to other doses because it can increase fresh root weight 44.39%, dry root weight 47.36%, dry shoot weight 43.41%, and total N 6.52 %,. The interaction of PGPR Bacillus cereus and 50% N fertilization (B1N2) gave the best effect when compared to other interactions because it increased plant height 30.11%, number of leaves 45.45%, leaf area 49.95%, fresh root weight 281, 65%, dry root weight 164.28%, shoot dry weight 281.65%, total N 75%.
