Judul ArtikelPENGARUH DOSIS DAN FREKUENSI PEMBERIAN BAHAN ORGANIK CAIR URINE KELINCI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL BAYAM MERAH (Amaranthus tricolor L.)
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis, frekuensi pemberian dan kombinasi dosis dan frekuensi pemberian BOC urine kelinci yang baik dalam pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman bayam merah. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Desember 2020 sampai Februari 2021 di screen house Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedung Banteng, Kabupaten Banyumas dan Laboratorium Agronomi dan Hortikultura Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian menggunakan percobaan polibag di screen house dengan perlakuan faktorial 3 x 3 ditambah kontrol. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap yang menghasilkan 9 perlakuan faktorial dan kontrol, diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga terdapat 30 unit percobaan. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis BOC urine kelinci yang terdiri dari 3 taraf; 150, 300, dan 450 ml/tanaman. Faktor kedua yaitu frekuensi pemberian yang terdiri dari 3 taraf; 1 kali pemberian (5 hst), 3 kali pemberian (5, 10, dan 15 hst), dan 5 kali pemberian (5, 10, 15, 20 dan 25 hst). Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tajuk segar dan indeks sampah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan uji F, apabila terdapat keragaman dilanjutkan Uji Dunnet taraf kepercayaan 95%. Dosis 300 ml/tanaman BOC urine kelinci berngaruh terhadap pertumbuhan bayam merah yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tanaman segar, dan bobot tanaman kering. Selain itu berpengaruh terhadap hasil bayam merah yaitu variabel bobot tajuk segar. Frekuensi 5 kali pemberian BOC urine kelinci berpengaruh terhadap hasil bayam merah dilihat pada variabel bobot tajuk segar. Didapatkan kombinasi yang baik antara dosis 300 ml/tanaman dan frekuensi 5 kali pemberian BOC urine kelinci terhadap pertumbuhan bayam merah yaitu variabel luas daun dan bobot tajuk segar.
Abstrak (Inggris)This research aims to know the influence of dosage, frequency application, and combination of dosage and frequency application of giving good rabbit's urine LOM on the growth and yield of red spinach plants. The research was conducted in Desember 2020 to Februari 2021 at the Screen house in Melung Village, Kedung Banteng District, Banyumas Regency and the Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. Research used was a polybag experiment in a screen house with 3 x 3 factorial treatment plus control. The experimental design used was Completely Randomized Block Design with 9 factorial and control treatments, repeated 3 times, so that there were 30 experimental units. The first factor was the dosage of rabbit urine LOM which consisted of 3 levels; 150, 300, and 450 ml/plant. The second factor was the frequency of fertilization time which consisted of 3 levels; 1x application (5dap), 3x application (5, 10, and 15 dap), and 5x application (5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 dap). Observation variables included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, fresh root weight, dry root weight, fresh crown weight and waste index. The data obtained were analyzed using the F test. And then Dunnett test with 95% confidence level. The dosage of 300 ml/plant of LOM rabbit urine had an effect on the growth of red spinach seen in the variables of plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, fresh plant weight, and dry plant weight,. In addition, the effect on the yield of red spinach was seen in the fresh crown weight variable. The frequency of 5 times applications of rabbit urine LOM had an effect on the yield of red spinach seen in the fresh crown weight variable. A good combination was obtained between a dosage of 300 ml/plant and a frequency of 5x applications of LOM rabbit urine on the growth of red spinach seen in the variable leaf area and fresh crown weight.
