| Abstrak | Remaja rentan mengalami stres bahkan depresi dikarenakan berbagai permasalahan yang terjadi pada fasenya. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan efikasi diri perlu dimiliki siswa remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada siswa di SMAN 3 Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Jumlah sampel 313 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan consecutive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan instrumen General Self-Efficacy (GSE) dan Solving Problems Survey. Analisis deskriptif disajikan dalam tabel berdistribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Analisis bivariat menggunakan Spearman’s. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan siswa SMAN 3 Purwokerto memiliki tingkat efikasi diri tinggi sebesar 68,4% dan kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang tinggi dengan skor 71,6%. Nilai hubungan efikasi diri dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah diperoleh adalah <0,001 (p < 0,05) dan r sebesar 0,352. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan pemecahan masalah. Semakin tinggi efikasi diri maka semakin tinggi kemampuan pemecahan masalah. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Adolescents are prone to experiencing stress and even depression due to various problems that occur in their phases. Problem solving abilities and self-efficacy need to be owned by teenage students. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and problem solving abilities of students at SMAN 3 Purwokerto. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples is 313 students. The sampling technique uses consecutive sampling. The research used General Self-Efficacy (GSE) and Solving Problems Survey instruments. Descriptive analysis is presented in tables with frequency and percentage distribution. Bivariate analysis using Spearman's. The results showed that the students of SMAN 3 Purwokerto had a high selfefficacy level of 68.4% and a high problem-solving ability with a score of 71.6%. The value of the relationship between self-efficacy and problem solving ability is <0.001 (p <0.05) and r is 0.352. There is a significant relationship between self-efficacy and problem solving. The higher the self-efficacy, the higher the problem-solving ability. |
