| Judul Artikel | GAMBARAN PERILAKU MAHASISWA KEPERAWATAN TERHADAP PENERAPAN PROTOKOL KESEHATAN PADA MASA TRANSISI ENDEMI BERDASARKAN PENDEKATAN HEALTH BELIEF MODEL |
| Abstrak | Latar Belakang: Pandemi kata yang mungkin tidak asing lagi di telinga orang awam Indonesia di awal tahun 2019, namun ketika berada di penghujung tahun 2019 dan awal tahun 2020, kata pandemi akan terdengar asing di telinga. Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia mengumumkan pada tanggal 15 Maret 2022 bahwa endemik transisi merupakan proses dari masa pandemi menjadi endemik, dengan total indikator termasuk tingkat infeksi harus dibawah 1 angka positif harus kurang dari 5%, kemudian angka rawat inap harus kurang dari 5%, angka kematian harus kurang dari 3%, dan tingkat Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) berada di transmisi lokal level tingkat 1. Health Belief Model (HBM) merupakan teori yang sering digunakan untuk memahami sikap dan perilaku kesehatan akan penyakit. Teori HBM telah terbukti menjadi teori yang paling banyak digunakan pada kasus seperti ini maka peneliti akan menggunakan pendekatan HBM dalam mengetahui perilaku mahasiswa dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan.. Oleh karena itu, peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian tentang gambaran perilaku mahasiswa keperawatan terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan pada masa transisi endemi berdasarkan pendekatan health belief model. Metodologi: Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Total sampel sebanyak 199 mahasiswa keperawatan yang diambil dengan metode simple random sampling yang dan pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google form. Hasil analisis disajikan dalam bentuk tabel distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil: Perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman di masa transisi endemik termasuk dalam tingkat kerentanan yang sedang dengan persentase 58,3%. Persepsi tingkat keparahan yang tinggi dengan presentase 81,9%, persepsi tingkat manfaat yang tinggi sebanyak 92%, persepsi tingkat hambatan sedang sebanyak 52,8%. Pada karakteristik responden yaitu pada usia 19 tahun (92%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (42,7%). Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman memiliki perilaku penerapan protokol kesehatan dengan pendekatan health belief model yang cukup |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Background: A word pandemic that may be familiar to ordinary Indonesians at the beginning of 2019, but at the end of 2019 and early 2020, the word pandemic will sound foreign to the ear. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia announced on March 15 2022 that the endemic transition is a process from a pandemic to endemic, with total indicators including the infection rate must be below 1, the positive rate must be less than 5%, then the hospitalization rate must be less than 5%, the death rate must be must be less than 3%, and the level of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) is at local transmission level level 1. The Health Belief Model (HBM) is a theory that is often used to understand attitudes and health behavior towards disease. The HBM theory has proven to be the most widely used theory in cases like this, so researchers will use the HBM approach to find out student behavior in implementing health protocols. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research on the description of nursing student behavior towards implementing health protocols during the transition period endemic based on the health belief model approach. Method: This quantitative descriptive study uses a cross sectional design. A total sample of 199 nursing students was taken using the simple random sampling method and data collection in this study used a questionnaire via the Google form. The results of the analysis are presented in the form of frequency distribution tables and percentages. Results: The behavior of implementing health protocols for nursing students at Jenderal Soedirman University during the endemic transition period is included in the moderate level of vulnerability with a percentage of 58.3%. Perceived level of severity is high with a percentage of 81.9%, perceived level of high benefits is 92%, perceived level of moderate obstacles is 52.8%. The characteristics of the respondents were at the age of 19 years (92%), female (42.7%). Conclusion: Most nursing students at Jenderal Soedirman University have adequate behavior in implementing health protocols using the health belief model approach. |
