| Abstrak | ABSTRAK PENGARUH VIDEO EDUKASI “KEKUBUS” TERHADAP DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DAN MOTIVASI IBU DALAM PEMBERIAN ASI PADA BAYI BBLR DI RUANG PERINATOLOGI RSUD MARGONO SOEKARJO Ika Dithania Purwati1, Mekar Dwi Anggraeni2, Nina Setiawati3 Latar belakang: Dukungan keluarga dan Motivasi merupakan faktor yang dapat memengaruhi pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada bayi BBLR. Namun tidak semua ibu menyusui memiliki motivasi dan dukungan keluarga yang baik dan benar. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi tentang motivasi dan bentuk dukungan keluarga melalui video. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh video edukasi “Kekubus” terhadap dukungan keluarga dan motivasi ibu dalam pemberian ASI pada BBLR di ruang perinatologi. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi experiment dengan control grup pretest and posttest design. Teknik sampling menggunakan consecutive sampling, total sampel sebanyak 15 kelompok kontrol dan 15 kelompok intervensi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Paired T-Test, dan Independent T-Test. Hasil: Rata-rata umur responden yaitu 30,43 tahun. Mayoritas responden berpendidikan SMA/SMK (43,3%), tidak bekerja (90%), multipara (63,3%), pernah menyusui (53,3%). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor dukungan keluarga dan motivasi ibu dalam pemberian ASI sebelum dan sesudah diberikan video edukasi “Kekubus” yang signifikan dengan nilai p=0,049(<0,05) untuk dukungan keluarga dan p=0,018(<0,05) untuk motivasi. Kesimpulan: Video edukasi “Kekubus” efektif untuk meningkatkan dukungan keluarga dan motivasi ibu dalam pemberian ASI pada bayi BBLR. | Abstrak (Inggris) | ABSTRACT THE INFLUENCE OF THE EDUCATIONAL VIDEO "KECUBUS" ON FAMILY SUPPORT AND MOTHER'S MOTIVATION IN BREAST FEEDING TO LBW BABIES IN THE PERINATOLOGY ROOM OF MARGONO SOEKARJO HOSPITAL Ika Dithania Purwati1, Mekar Dwi Anggraeni2, Nina Setiawati3 Background: Family support and motivation are factors that can influence exclusive breastfeeding for LBW babies. However, not all breastfeeding mothers have good and correct motivation and family support. Efforts that can be made are to provide education about motivation and forms of family support through videos. Objective: To determine the effect of the educational video "Kekubus" on family support and mothers' motivation in breastfeeding LBW babies in the perinatology room. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental research design with a control group pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used consecutive sampling, a total sample of 15 control groups and 15 intervention groups. Data analysis used the Paired T-Test and Independent T-Test. Results: The average age of the respondents is 30.43 years. The majority of respondents had high school/vocational school education (43.3%), did not work (90%), were multiparous (63.3%), had breastfed (53.3%). The results showed that there were significant differences in the scores of family support and mothers' motivation in breastfeeding before and after being given the "Cubus" educational video with a value of p = 0.049 (<0.05) for family support and p = 0.018 (<0.05) for motivation. Conclusion: The educational video "Kekubus" is effective for increasing family support and motivation for mothers in breastfeeding LBW babies.
