Judul ArtikelThe Influence of Total Performance Scorecard in Improving Performance of Public Sector Organization (The Comparative Study on Public Hospital in Banajrnegara and Public Hospital in Wonosobo)
AbstrakPenelitian dilakukan di daerah Banjarnegara dan Wonosobo dengan objek Rumah Sakit Publik di Banjarnegara dan Rumah Sakit Public di Wonosobo. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh dari Total Performance Scorecard dalam meningkatkan kinerja dari organisasi sektor publik, selain itu juga mengimplementasikan Total Performance Scorecard untuk mengukur perbandingan kinerja dari Rumah Sakit Public di Banjarnegara dan Rumah Sakit Publik di Wonosobo. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan interview, observasi dan kuisionair. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) Total Performance Scorecard mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja Rumah Sakit Publik di Banjarnegara, 2) Total Performance Scorecard mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja Rumah Sakit Publik di Wonosobo, 3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara Total Performance Scorecard dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada Rumah Sakit Publik di Banjarnegara dan Rumah Sakit Publik di Wonosobo. Berdasarkan penelitian, diharapkan dapat menjadi input bagi rumah sakit terkait dengan pengambilan kebijakan dalam peningkatan kinerja dan kualitas rumah sakit.
Abstrak (Inggris)Research was conducted in Banjarnegara and Wonosobo region with objects floating Public Hospital in Banjarnegara and Public Hospital in Wonosobo. This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of total performance scorecard in improving peformance of public sector organizations, as well as test implemented total performance scorecard to measure the differences in performance of Public Hospital in Banjarnegara and Public Hospital in Wonosobo. This research method uses a survey method. Techniques of collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation and questionnaires. This study used quantitative analysis using the method of quantitative analysis or statistical test (primary analysis). The results showed that: 1) Implementation of total performance scorecard effect in improving performance of Public Hospital in Banjarnegara, 2) Implementation of total performance scorecard effect in improving performance of Public Hospital in Wonosobo, 3) There are no significant differences between the implementation Total performance scorecard in improving performance ofPublic Hospital in Banjarnegara and Public Hospital in Wonosobo. Based on these research, it is expected to become the hospital input on policies related to public services and decentralization of public health services better and equitable.
