| Abstrak | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate governance, komposisi aktiva perusahaan, growth opportunity, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan rasio Return On Equity (ROE), secara simultan maupun parsial pada 9 perusahaan yang masuk dalam daftar survey Indonesian Institutte For Corporate Governance (IICG) dan laporan keuangannya terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2011. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang masuk dalam survey IICG. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang terpilih adalah sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Dalam metode purposive sampling ini, pertimbangan yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel adalah 9 perusahaan dengan skor Corporate governance Perception Index (CGPI) tertinggi dalam daftar survey IICG, terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dan laporan keuangan dikeluarkan pada tahun 2011. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik dengan regresi linear berganda setelah sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Hasil dari pengujian dengan analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa corporate governance, komposisi aktiva perusahaan, growth opportunity, dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Sedangkan pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa hanya komposisi aktiva yang secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | This study aimed to determine the effect of corporate governance, the composition of the assets of the company, growth opportunities, and firm size on corporate performance as measured by using the ratio of Return On Equity (ROE), simultaneously or partially on 9 companies in the list of Indonesian survey Institutte For Corporate Governance (IICG) and the financial statements listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011. The population in this study are all companies included in the survey IICG. By using purposive sampling method, the sample was chosen by 9 companies. In purposive sampling, the considerations used in sampling are 9 companies with a score of Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) with IICG highest in the survey list, listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the financial statements issued in 2011. The analytical tool used in this study is a statistical analysis by multiple linear regression after testing the classical assumptions. Results of testing with multiple linear regression analysis showed that the corporate governance, the composition of corporate assets, growth opportunities, and firm size simultaneously no effect on corporate performance. While partial test showed that only the composition of the assets that are partially significant effect on company performance.
