Judul ArtikelAdegan Kekerasan dalam Serial Kartun Televisi (Analisis Isi Adegan Kekerasan dalam Serial Kartun One Piece, Spongebob Squarepants, dan Doraemon)
AbstrakPenelitian ini mencoba untuk menganalisis adegan kekerasan dalam serial kartun televisi Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencaritahu sejauh mana adegan kekerasan dalam serial kartun One Piece, Spongebob Squarepants dan Doraemon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis isi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tendensi frekuensi adegan kekerasan dalam serial kartun Spongebob Squarepants dan Doraemon dengan One Piece. One Piece merupakan salah satu serial kartun yang pernah dicekal KPI (Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia) karena melanggar Peraturan Pedoman Perilaku Penyiaran dan Standar Program Siar (P3SPS) Pasal 23 tentang pelanggaran adegan kekerasan secara fisik dan Pasal 24 tentang ungkapan kasar dan makian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tendensi kekerasan pada masing-masing judul serial kartun. Kategori pelanggaran kekerasan fisik sebanyak 62,62% paling banyak ditayangkan dalam serial kartun One Piece. Kategori pelanggaran kekerasan psikologis didominasi serial kartun Doraemon, yaitu sebanyak 59,73%. Kategori pelanggaran Pasal 23 paling banyak dilakuakan oleh serial One Piece, yaitu 49,31%. Serta kategori kekerasan pelanggaran Pasal 24 sebanyak 62,68% paling banyak ditayangkan serial kartun Doraemon. Kemunculan adegan kekerasan dalam serial kartun sebagai wujud berkurangnya kepekaan KPI terhadap makna kekerasan, dari sesuatu yang patut diwaspadai menjadi hal yang lumrah terjadi. Padahal kemunculan adegan kekerasan dalam serial kartun dapat membahayakan khususnya pada anak-anak. Dalam penelitian ini, perubahan makna tentang kekerasan tersebut dapat dijelaskan melalui teori kekerasan simbolik. Abstrak (Inggris)This research tried to analyze of violence scenes in Indonesian television cartoon series. The purpose of this research is how much the violence scenes appeared in One Piece, Spongebob Squarepants and Doraemon. This research is a descriptive quantitative research which uses content analysis method. The research result shows that there is a tendency of violence which high frequency has been displayed in cartoon movies which still appear in Indonesian station television like Spongebob Squarepants and Doraemon with One Piece. One Piece is the cartoon movie who has sturdied by KPI based regulation of P3SPS chapter 23 violented category about phisycs and chapter 24 violented category about coarse expression. The research result shows that there is a tendency of violence in four categories. The phisycs violated category has been displayed in One Piece cartoon movie with percentage 62,62%. The Phicycology violated category is dominated in Doraemon cartoon movie which has been displayed percentage 59,73%. The regulation of P3SPS violence scene has been displayed in One Piece cartoon movie with percentage 49,31%. And the regulation of P3SPS chapter 24 violented category about coarse expression with percentage 62,68% has been displayed in Doraemon cartoon movie. The cartoon movie that aired in television with violence scene, as being to lessen a sensitivity from KPI, from conscentious situation being to normaly happen. Whereas, the violence scenes appeared in cartoon movie may be harmful especially to children. In this research, the turning about this has been explaned with symbolic violence theory.
