| Abstrak | Agroindustri Jenang Jaket Pertama merupakan salah satu industri rumah tangga yang mengolah hasil pertanian berupa beras ketan menjadi makanan tradisional Kabupaten Banyumas. Jumlah produksi jenang jaket pada agroindustri jenang jaket pertama tidaklah selalu sama. Tujuan penelitian adalah Mengetahui besarnya harga pokok produksi, besar biaya pendapatan dan titik impas perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah stadi kasus, sedangkan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah perhitungan harga pokok produksi variable, analisis biaya pendapatan, dan BEP. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa HPP terendah terjadi pada bulan Januari sebesar Rp12.457,09 per kilogram untuk jenang polos dan Rp13.870,69 per kilogram untuk jenang wijen. Sedangkan HPP tertinggi terjadi pada bulan November Rp14.995,10 per kilogram untuk jenang polos dan Rp16.793,74 per kilogram untuk jenang wijen, Besar kecil nya HPP dan harga jual jenang jaket sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh kenaikan harga bahan baku terutama pada bahan baku jenis gula merah dan vanilli. Biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam proses produksi sebesar Rp2.092.939.975,08 dengan jumlah penerimaan penjualan sebesar Rp2.542.800.000,00 dan keuntungan bersih sebesar Rp425.180.692,92. Hasil analisis BEP jenang polos menunjukkan saat harga jual jenang sebesar Rp16.000,00, titik impas terjadi saat produksi 1.989 kilogram sedangkan saat harga jual Rp18.000,00 titik impas terjadi saat produksi 3.695 kilogram. Hasil analisis BEP jenang wijen menunjukkan saat harga jual sebesar Rp18.000,00, titik impas terjadi saat produksi 1.667 kilogram, sedangkan saat harga jual Rp20.000,00 titik impas terjadi saat produksi 3.472 kilogram. Sehingga usaha jenang jaket ini menguntungkan, karena nilai volume produksi dan penerimaan agroindustri jenang jaket pertama di atas nilai break event point. |
