Judul ArtikelKAJIAN PEMANFAATAN RESIDU MIKORIZA Glomus sp. dan Gigaspora sp. SERTA VARIASI KADAR AIR KAPASITAS LAPANG TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica chinensis.L)
AbstrakTanaman pakcoy (B. chinensis L.) merupakan golongan keluarga tanaman sawi yang memiliki berbagai macam manfaat dan kegunaan bagi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh pemanfaatan genus mikoriza Glomus sp. dan Gigaspora sp. dan kadar air kapasitas lapang terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakcoy. Penelitian dilaksanakan di screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto. Tanah yang digunakan adalah tanah ultisol. Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai bulan Februari sampai April 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan percobaan pot yang dilakukan di screenhouse. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 9 kombinasi perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, sehingga terdapat 27 kombinasi perlakuan. Perlakuan terdiri atas dua faktor, yaitu genus mikoriza (Glomus sp. 50 spora, Gigaspora sp. 50 spora dan campuran Glomus sp. 25 spora dan Gigaspora sp. 25 spora) dan kadar air kapasitas lapang. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tajuk kering, dan bobot akar kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mikoriza berpengaruh nyata pada tinggi tanaman, bobot tajuk segar dan bobot tajuk kering. Analisis faktorial regresi menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh mandiri penggunaan mikoriza campuran (Glomus sp dan Gigaspora sp.) memiliki nilai rata-rata yang lebih baik pada variabel bobot tajuk segar dan bobot tajuk kering. Kadar air kapasitas lapang berpengaruh nyata pada variabel tinggi tanaman, luas daun, bobot tajuk segar dan bobot tajuk kering. Interaksi antara mikoriza dan kadar air kapasitas lapang berpengaruh nyata pada variabel tinggi tanaman sedangkan pada variabel yang lainnya tidak berpengaruh nyata.
Abstrak (Inggris)Pakcoy plants (B. chinensis L.) is a class of mustard plant family that has a wide range of benefits and usefulness to society. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of the use of mycorrhizal genus Glomus sp. and Gigaspora sp. and field capacity of moisture content on the growth and yield of pakcoy. Screenhouse experiment was conducted in the Faculty of Agriculture, University General Sudirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto. Land use is land ultisol. The research was conducted from February to April 2013. This study is a pot experiment conducted in the screenhouse. The design used was a randomized block design (RBD) with 9 treatment combinations and three replications, so there are 27 combination of treatments. The treatment consists of two factors, namely the genus mycorrhizal (Glomus sp. 50 spora, Gigaspora sp. 50 spora, and a mixture of Glomus sp. 25 spora and Gigaspora sp. 25 spora) and field capacity of moisture content. Observation variables include plant height, leaf number, leaf area, canopy fresh weight, root fresh weight, dry crown weight, and root dry weight. The results show that the real effect of mycorrhiza on plant height, canopy fresh weight and canopy dry weight. Factorial regression analysis showed that the independent effect of the use of mixed mycorrhizal (Glomus and Gigaspora sp sp.) has an average value better than on variable canopy fresh weight and canopy dry weight. Water content at field capacity is significantly variable plant height, leaf area, canopy fresh weight and canopy dry weight. Interactions between mycorrhizal and water content at field capacity is significantly higher than variable plant, while the other variables are not significant.
