| Abstrak | Bawang merah (Allium ascalonicum L) merupakan salah satu komoditas sayuran unggulan yang sejak lama telah diusahakan oleh petani. Bawang merah bagi Bawang merah merupakan produk pertanian yang sudah melekat namanya dengan Kabupaten Brebes, mengingat posisinya sebagai penghasil terbesar komoditi tersebut di tataran nasional. Investasi usahatani bawang merah perlu diperhitungkan dengan cermat agar pendapatan yang diperoleh dari usahatani bawang merah lebih tinggi dari biaya produksi yang telah dikeluarkan. Petani juga perlu memperhitungkan lama waktu pengembalian modal yang digunakan untuk usahatani bawang merah. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis biaya dan pendapatan usahatani bawang merah selama satu kali panen, dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usahatani bawang merah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah survei. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada kelompok tani Agropolitan petani bawang merah di Desa Jagapura Kecamatan Kersana Kabupaten Brebes. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Biaya dan Pendapatan, analisis R/C Ratio, analisis Break Even Point dan analisis Payback Period. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan petani sebesar Rp19.741.013,00, penerimaan total rata-rata sebesar Rp37.456.216,00 dan pendapatan bersih rata-rata sebesar Rp17.715.203,00. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,98, artinya usahatani bawang merah layak untuk dilanjutkan, karena memiliki prospek yang baik. Nilai BEP unit sebesar 218,31 kilogram atau nilai BEP rupiah sebesar Rp6.549.427,00 artinya usahatani bawang merah ini menguntungkan karena nilai volume produksi dan penerimaan bawang merah di atas nilai titik impas atau break even point. Payback Period diperoleh sebesar 1,44 atau 4 bulan lebih 10 hari artinya seluruh modal yang diinvestasikan dalam usaha bawang merah merah dapat diperoleh kembali. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L) is one of the leading vegetable commodities that has long been cultivated by farmers. Shallots are agricultural products that have been attached to his name with the Brebes district, given its position as the largest producer of the commodity at the national level. Investment of Shallots Farming French, needs to be carefully considered, so that, the income that derived from Shallots Farming French is higher than the cost of production which has been issued. The farmers also need to take into account about the long payback period that used for Shallots Farming French. The research purpose is to analyze the cost and revenue of Shallots Farming French for a one time harvest, and to know about Shallots Farming French feasibility. The method that used in this research is survey. The experiment was conducted on farmer groups Agropolitan shallot farmers in the village of Brebes Kersana Jagapura District. Analytical methods used are Cost and Revenue analysis, analysis of R / C Ratio, Break Even Point analysis and Payback Period analysis. The result of this research showed that the average total cost obtained by the farmers are 19.741.013,00 IDR lower than the total revenues on average are 37.456.216,00 IDR and the average net income are 17.715.203,00 IDR. The result of this research showed that Shallots Farming French has a good prospect with the value of R/C ratio of 1,98, and it means the Shallots Farming French in Jagapura Village, district of Kersana Brebes, is feasibility to continue. The BEP value in the amount of 218,31 kilograms or in rupiah is in the amount of 6.549.427,00 IDR shows that this farming reaches the highest volume of the production and the acceptance of french shallot and it is also reach the BEP. The payback period of this farming has been reached in 1,44 or 4 months and 10 days longer, which means that all of the capital payment for this french shallot farming can be recovered. |
