AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan posisi pusat grid pada sisi aktif protein kanker payudara 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase sebagai langkah validasi metode perhitungan molecular docking. Hasil penelitian ini mampu memberikan informasi mengenai sisi aktif dari protein kanker payudara 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, dan mampu menjadi acuan melakukan docking antara protein kanker payudara 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase dengan berbagai jenis senyawa obat kanker yang baru ditemukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan lima langkah yaitu preparasi ligan, optimasi ligan, parameter docking, molecular docking dengan protein kanker payudara 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, dan penentuan pusat grid terpilih. Hasil molecular docking didapatkan tiga pusat grid yaitu LEU 149, ASN 152, dan SER 142.
Abstrak (Inggris)This study was conducted to determine the position of the grid center on the active side of protein 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase breast cancer as a validation step of molecular docking calculations. The results of this study could provide information on the active site of the protein 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase breast cancer, and able to perform the docking between the reference protein 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase breast cancer with various types of new cancer drug compounds. This research was carried out by five steps, namely the preparation ligand, optimization ligand, docking parameter, molecular docking with breast cancer protein 17β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase, and the determination of the best of grid center. The three grid center obtained by the results of molecular docking is LEU 149, ASN 152, and SER 142.
