| Abstrak | Artikel hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh status sosial ekonomi terhadap perilaku memilih buruh plasma di Desa Kutasari. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode kuantitatif, sifat penelitian ini eksplanatif serta berjenis prediktif dalam bingkai perspektif behavioralisme dan paradigma positivisme. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengungkapkan bahwa hipotesis kerja atau H1 diterima, artinya ada pengaruh status sosial ekonomi terhadap perilaku memilih. Hal tersebut dilandasi dari uji regresi linear sederhana yang menunjukkan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel 2,347 > 1,664 dan taraf signifikansinya 0,02 < 0,05 yang berarti status sosial ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap perilaku memilih. Pada R Square menunjukkan angka 0,066 artinya pengaruh status sosial ekonomi terhadap perilaku memilih sebesar 6,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 93,4% perilaku memilih dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu telah terbukti bahwa hipotesis kerja atau H1 diterima atas dasar uji regresi linear sederhana dan R Square. Artinya ada pengaruh status sosial ekonomi terhadap perilaku memilih buruh plasma di Desa Kutasari pada Pemilihan Presiden tahun 2019. Pada implikasi dengan adanya pengaruh status sosial ekonomi terhadap perilaku memilih buruh plasma, maka telah memberikan sinyal kepada berbagai pihak baik kepada pemerintah dan kandidat politik untuk melihat kesejahteraan buruh sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan taraf kehidupan yang lebih baik. |
| Abstrak (Inggris) | The article of this study aims to determine the effect of socioeconomic status on the behavior of selecting plasma workers in Kutasari Village. The method used is a quantitative method, the nature of this research is explanative and predictive type in the perspective of behavioralism and positivism paradigms. The results of the study revealed that the work hypothesis or H1 was accepted, meaning that there was an influence of socioeconomic status on voting behavior. This is based on a simple linear regression test which shows that t arithmetic is greater than t table 2,347> 1,664 and the significance level is 0.02 <0.05 which means socioeconomic status influences voting behavior. On R Square shows the number 0.066 means the influence of socioeconomic status on voting behavior of 6.6%, while the remaining 93.4% voting behavior is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The conclusion of this research is that it has been proven that the working hypothesis or H1 is accepted on the basis of a simple linear regression test and R Square. This means that there is an influence of socioeconomic status on the behavior of selecting plasma workers in Kutasari Village in the Presidential Election in 2019. In implication with the influence of socioeconomic status on the behavior of selecting plasma workers, it has given signals to various parties both to the government and political candidates for labor welfare as an effort to improve the standard of living. |
